Contemporary dance costume collection

About the project

Inspired by the iconic samurai armor, the contemporary dance costume collection „It Contains hard parts” features lightweight technical fabrics and laser cutting technology, utilising the advantages of digital fabrication in distributed design. The modern warrior jackets move and breath the dancers, enhancing their motions. The lightweight and non-creasing fabrics allow the whole collection to be folded into a single small cabin bag making it a breeze to transport them on the performance’s international tour.
