With Square light I test the possibility of using recycled wood panels to imagine a simple self-build lamp that would play with light and its environment. Let the softness of the daylight shine with a projected geometric shape, the square. By playing on the thickness of the wood veneer and cutting angles, this play of light would be amplified. Square Light is both a lamp that diffuses a soft and rigorous light.

About the designer

As a young product designer, participatory and immersive approaches are at the heart of my projects. Most of them are developed around a local anchoring. Create an emotional, communicative link between the object and its surroundings. This is my mantra.
