About the project

ReJean is a gender-neutral sustainable fashion label built on reclaiming, repurposing and repairing denim for a new generation of conscious consumers. Based in The Barras, Glasgow, ReJean hand make unisex workwear-inspired garments and accessories from 100% reclaimed materials, released in season-less, small-batch capsule collections and made-to-order styles.

Previously discarded denim is repurposed and reworked into high quality, hard-wearing designs. Scraps are reused to create patchwork details for accessories, and any leftovers are donated to schools, universities and craft groups to reimagine into new creative projects. Read more about their seven step supply chain.

Shopping at ReJean keeps unwanted clothing out of landfill, helping tackle the UK fashion industry’s 350,000 tonnes a year textile waste problem. ReJean’s Repair Shop visible mending, machine mending and alteration services extends their mission to keep unwanted clothing out of landfill. Rejean have recently collaborated on collections with Glasgow-based creatives Doyenne and Alice Dansey Wright who share their values.
