The “Smart Stove” project is an innovative system that enhances kitchen safety and convenience by integrating traditional gas stoves with modern technology. It utilizes a mobile app to remotely control the gas stove’s operation, allowing users to turn it on or off and set it to a simmering mode based on the number of whistles entered in the app. This functionality helps prevent accidents associated with unattended cooking. Communication between the mobile device and the stove is facilitated via Bluetooth, and the stove is equipped with a display to inform users about the number of elapsed whistles.
