The range of Kilkenny Limestone Jewellery by Stefanie Ying Lin Cheong, was designed and made exclusively for V&A Dundee using off-cuts of the unique limestone flooring. Sourced from Kilkenny, Ireland, the stone was selected for the interior of the museum by it’s Architect Kengo Kuma. The commissioned jewellery range, therefore shares the architect’s ethos of sustainability in design. The jewellery range is available exclusively in the V&A Dundee Shop.

Stefanie is an ethical jewellery designer with a keen interest in our earth’s history and geology. She works predominantly with Fairtrade and recycled metals, precious metals and materials, and rocks collected from across Scotland which she transforms into unique pieces of contemporary jewellery, using traditional stone cutting techniques and environmental processes.
