Open call for makerspace leaders to come to Tallinn, Estonia
Fab City Foundation is pleased to announce the Open Call for their “Makerspace Movement Coming to Estonia” upcoming event, on 19th January 2024 at the Estonian Academy of Arts.
About the Event
The event provides a unique opportunity to connect Estonia’s emerging makerspace community to European makerspace experts from the Distributed Design Platform, the European Fab City Network and Estonians’ closest makers from Finland. The event will present different EU makerspace cases to the local community. A round of discussions with local partners and enthusiasts is planned for the afternoon, and we will end with a dinner involving all EU makerspace leaders visiting Tallinn and the local partners. The event is organized by the Fab City Foundation and hosted by the Estonian Academy of Arts.
About the application
Fab City Foundation is looking for DDP members eager to help advance Estonia’s makerspace landscape. The foundation can cover basic travel and accommodation expenses for members selected, but applications from members who can use their DDP member exchange are encouraged.
