The report from World Economic Forum told me that By one popular estimate, 65 % of kids entering primary school today will ultimately end up working in completely new job types that don’t yet exist, The job market of 2026 will likely look quite different from today’s career landscape, so next generation must be future-focused and prepare themselves for the future career situation. At the same time.we know, It’s have a lot of stuff to educate students to make them recognise about jobs that they will do when they grow up. But if the jobs in the future will change very fast and Unstable, How career education stuff for next generation look like in the future?
after research, we found “ adaptive yourself with creativity” is the essential point to grow up in an unpredictable future. So we Design Learning experiences by using this essential point. Then we use this essential point to design executions for next generation who have a variety persona such as Workshop, Toy, creative media.

- Does your design take social and cultural challenges and human wellbeing into consideration?
In this case, we have put message of responsibility design in to the learning experience, kid can design, imagine their future jobs that can help the world get wellbeing in the future. For example we have different future world card that have story come from future wold crisis. Kids who receive that world have to think about jobs that they will be in that world also how to help people in that world too.
- Does your design support sustainable production, embodying circular or regenerative design practices?
For the making process in the workshop, we give them materiel for build machine for their future job. So the materiel come from old stuff and old toy that some one will not use it. We deconstruct and separate that stuff. then turn it to be workshop materiel. and we will see next generation rebuild future career machine toy that come from their imagination
- Does your design use principles of distribution and open source?
In this case I have create instruction kits of Imagine future of jobs workshops that everyone can download and use to make their own workshop. they can custom workshop with us to fit in with their school condition and their student. also for Imagine future of jobs collage toy, parent and teacher can download and play with their kids too.
- Does your design promote awareness of responsible design and consumption?
In this case, we have put message of responsibility design in to the learning experience, kid can design, imagine their future jobs that can help the world get wellbeing in the future. For example we have different future world card that have story come from future wold crisis. Kids who receive that world have to think about jobs that they will be in that world also how to help people in that world too.
