Zero waste leather technology for shoe design.
Detailed Description
The first step was to create the right raw material.Using different materials, I tried to create different surface areas,which have strong enough constitution to serve as raw material to be used as differen parts of shoes.I created my new technique based on traditional shoe creating techniques.Designing and creating the final products,my main objective was to make the shoes using my own techniqe and style using the machines available in the shoe factory,and to be able to showcase the different chances.
The idea for my technique was the need for the use of the still perfect quality residual leather remaining after the manufacturing of regular leather pieces.Retaining the technologies used in traditional shoe manufacturing,I have experimented a new construction method.The collection demonstrates the possibilities and directions of this new shaping process in the spirit of sustainability.

- Does your design take social and cultural challenges and human wellbeing into consideration?
The fashion industry one of the most harmful segment nowadays. Using leftovers materials, manufacturing, ethical components are helping use to create a fair trade fashion industry in small steps. Environmentalism, conscious living and green fashion are needed to reduce pollution, rasing awareness and showing alternative solutions to people.
- Does your design support sustainable production, embodying circular or regenerative design practices?
My main goal is to raise fashion awareness with ethical products. Sustainability is really important for me. My technique, products and mission is to make a significant change in World through fashion. That's why I would like to build a European well-known brand and help to fight for a more conscious living.
- Does your design promote awareness of responsible design and consumption?
First, I apply with my new technique which is bades on reduce waste and raise fashion awareness through my products. I use leftover leathers and creating new shapes and forms and fashion items (shoes, jewelleries and bags). This innovative, ethical and sustainable method is willing to help to fight againts the non-fair trade part of the fashion industry too.
